1. After securing your festival ticket, reserve your tent for the event and select the tent that best suits your needs.click here
2. We strongly recommend that you book your tent well in advance to ensure ideal accommodation. After completing your reservation, you will receive an e-mail containing forms to fill out with occupant information and arrival times.
3. Prepare for a unique experience: you will arrive at a campsite and sleep in a tent, so be aware of weather changes. Be sure to carefully consult the weather forecast and pack your suitcase accordingly.
4. A deposit will be required upon your arrival at the 24/24 reception desk. We will provide you with the EasyStay wristband and accompany you to your tent. You will also receive a free flashlight, earplugs and eye mask.
5. Throughout the event, our reception staff will be available 24/24 every day of the festival duration. Our main priority is to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the EasyStay area to provide you with a pleasant and worry-free experience.
6. In the event of adverse weather conditions, we will make every effort to provide you with assistance and support. Your safety and comfort are important to us, and we will do our best to deal with any unforeseen situations.
7. When you check out, we will check the condition of the accommodation with you to make sure there is no damage. This will enable us to return your required deposit and allow you to leave quickly.
